Terms of Use

Last updated 20 September 2026

These terms apply when you use the Lilica app, made by Luxford Interactive ("Lilica", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Lilica, you agree to these terms.

What Lilica is

Lilica is a personal and family care organiser. It helps you keep track of appointments, tasks, bills, home and car matters, documents, contacts, care information, diagnosed conditions and prescribed medicines, and wellbeing updates for a person you support.

Lilica is not a clinical system, emergency monitoring service, or medical device. It does not verify diagnoses or prescriptions, does not give medical, legal or financial advice, and must never be relied on for emergency response. Lilica records what you tell it and helps you keep it organised - it does not independently check, monitor, or act on that information.

Your account

Subscription and payment

Lilica includes a free period followed by a paid annual subscription. Pricing is shown in the app and in your device's app store before you subscribe. Subscriptions are billed, renewed and can be cancelled through the Apple App Store or Google Play - not directly through Lilica. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not itself delete your Lilica account or data, which you can manage separately in Account settings.

Care Circle sharing

If you invite other people to a Care Circle, you are responsible for deciding who to invite and what categories of information to share with them. Lilica enforces the access level you grant, but cannot control what an invited person does with information once they have seen it (for example, if they choose to share it elsewhere themselves).

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Lilica to store or share unlawful content, to attempt to access another account or care space you have not been invited to, or to interfere with the normal operation of the service.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Lilica available and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or change features over time, and will use reasonable efforts to preserve your existing data when we do.

Limitation of liability

Lilica is provided to help you stay organised, on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Luxford Interactive is not liable for decisions made, or outcomes arising, from your use of information recorded in Lilica, since Lilica only ever reflects what you and your Care Circle have chosen to record.

Ending your account

You may stop using Lilica and request deletion of your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the most recent version.
